Crep Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted if you have received a damaged or broken product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In the case of unseen circumstances during shipping, we may request valid proof for replacements, such as an unboxing video clearly showing the initial opening of the seal.
2. Return Process:

Order cancellations are allowed only within 1 hour of placing the order. Once we receive the returned package, our team will inspect it, and the refund will be credited within 4-5 business days. No cancellations can be made after the order is shipped, and combining discounted orders for cancellation is not permitted.
The quickest way to get the item you desire is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
