Return & Refund Policy

You may cancel a Contract at any time within fourteen (14) working days, beginning on the day after you received the Product(s).
To cancel a Contract, you must inform us by emailing help@www.crepprotectindia.com and stating the order number quoted on your Dispatch Confirmation. You must also return any Products which were ordered under the Contract to us, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.
You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds and returns policy.
crepprotectindia.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of information provided.
Refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product
For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank)
Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
Free Gifts/ Card cannot be returned or exchanged.
